Form 64H is for use in civil proceedings in the Court of Appeal
A respondent who objects to the competency of an application for leave to appeal or appeal must file a notice of objection to competency in accordance with Form 64H within 14 days after being served with the application or appeal. The grounds of objection must be stated briefly but specifically in the notice.
