Objection to proposed settlement
Please read the information in Notice of Proposed Settlement carefully. You can return to this page after you read the Notice on the group proceeding page.
If you want to object to the proposed settlement you must submit a notice of objection by 4.00pm (AEST) on 11 September 2026.
After submitting an objection notice you may attend or send a legal representative to attend, the Supreme Court of Victoria to attend at 10.30am (AEST) on 29 September 2026 when the Settlement Approval Application will be heard.
If you are content with the proposed settlement, and do not want to object to it, you do not need to submit a notice.
