Objection to vary the Group Costs Order
Please read the information in the Further Notice of Proposed Settlement carefully. You can return to this page after you read the Notice on the group proceeding page.
If you want to object to the variation of the Group Costs Order you must submit a notice of objection by 4:00pm (AEDT) on 31 October 2025.
If you do not wish to object to the Group Costs Order variation application, you do not need to submit a notice.
