If you want to object to the proposed settlement you must submit a notice of objection by 4:00pm (AEST) on 17 July 2026.
After submitting an objection notice you may attend the settlement approval hearing at 10:30am (AEST) on 15 September 2026 at the Supreme Court of Victoria. If you cannot attend, your legal representative can instead.
If you are content with the proposed settlement, and do not want to object to it, you do not need to submit a notice.
