The main purpose of this Notice to the Profession is to provide information about the upcoming amendments to the Rules relating to legal costs commencing 1 January 2025 and how the practice of the Costs Court will change to reflect this. This Notice also refers to some practices in the Costs Court that have already developed significantly since 2018.
