This Practice Note sets out the practice to be followed in the Court of Appeal in dealing with second or subsequent applications for leave to appeal against conviction.
This Practice Note was issued on 4 December 2019 and applies to all second and subsequent applications for leave to appeal against conviction commenced on or after that date.
This Practice Note must be read together with Practice Note SC CA 1: Criminal Appeals.
