SC CL 3 Personal Injuries List (Second revision)

The purpose of this Practice Note is to provide guidance on the procedures to be followed in the Personal Injuries List, a case management list within the Common Law Division of the Court. This version of the Practice Note (the Second revision) replaces the previous version (the First revision). It commences on 1 October 2018 and applies to all proceedings in the List whenever commenced.
