This Practice Note sets out the procedures for homicide matters committed to the Supreme Court for management at an early stage.
The purpose of this Practice Note is to outline the practice and procedures to be followed in homicide matters that are fast-tracked to the Supreme Court.
The Practice Note replaces the guide to the profession for fast-track matters first published by the Court in 2020, and last revised in 2021.
