This form is to be completed by each party to the proceeding who will be appearing at trial/hearing, for filing via RedCrest.
Before a trial or a substantive hearing in the Common Law Division, parties to a proceeding must complete the Callover and Hearing Form, providing details about their appearance and file it via RedCrest by 4:00pm on the Tuesday of the week before the trial is listed.
