Credit Card Authorisation Form

The Credit Card Authorisation form (attached at the bottom of this page) may be used when submitting payment for certain court fees, including the following:

• requests for divorce certificates 
• certificates of good standing 
• duplicate admission certificates.

A member of the Registry Services team may request that this form be completed by you for the above services if payment in person is not required. A new form will generally be required for each subsequent request for payment (where appropriate).

Once the transaction has been approved, the credit card particulars will be removed from the form and securely destroyed.
