Originating Process - Form 2 (Corporations)

Use an Originating Process - Form 2 when commencing a proceeding under the Supreme Court (Corporations) Rules 2023 (Vic) (Corporations Rules).

Companies are required under r 1.17 of the Supreme Court (General Civil Procedure) Rules 2025 (Vic) to be represented by a solicitor, unless leave of the Court is granted.
