TFM Template First Directions Orders and Notice

All parties should use these draft proforma orders when seeking first directions in proceedings filed in the Testators Family Maintenance List. In preparing draft orders and any notice, the parties must have reference to matters in paragraph 7.8 of Practice Note SC CL 7 Testators Family Maintenance List. 

Where parties agree consent orders, those orders should be submitted, in Word and signed PDF versions, to the List email at gsz@fhcpbheg.ivp.tbi.nhua.vog.civ.truocpus@mft prior to the listed first directions hearing.
