TFM Trial Listing Pro-Forma Orders

All parties should use these draft TFM Trial Listing Pro-Forma Orders for all proceedings in the Testators Family Maintenance List in the Common Law Division when matter is referred to be listed for trial. In preparing draft orders, the parties must have reference to matters in paragraph 11 of the Practice Note SC CL7 (second revision) which commenced on 25 March 2022.

All minutes of consent orders should be submitted, in Word and signed PDF versions, to the Testators Family Maintenance Coordinator at  gsz@fhcpbheg.ivp.tbi.nhua.vog.civ.truocpus@mft .
