The Court is working to minimise the disruption to hearings. Some hearings will be relocated, some conducted remotely and some in person with no remote participation or livestreaming. Parties will be advised of any changes by chambers or Registry

The Daily Hearing List provides the latest hearing, location, and time details.

Technology related to the provision of transcripts is unaffected.

The Court apologises for any inconvenience and appreciates the cooperation and patience of all court users as it works to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
