The Supreme Court is currently experiencing technical issues with the system which enables in-court matters to be livestreamed, in-court content sharing and video-link access for remote participants in a number of courtrooms.
An update on this issue was published on 1 July 2024.
The Court is working to minimise the disruption to hearings. Some hearings will be relocated, some conducted remotely and some in person with no remote participation or livestreaming. Parties will be advised of any changes by chambers or Registry.

Technology related to the provision of transcripts is unaffected.
