Update on technical issues

The following provides an update on the statement published on 18 June.
 
Interim measures have been progressively introduced to restore the system, which enables in-court matters to be livestreamed, in-court content sharing and video-link access for remote participants. Hearings are now largely running as usual while work continues on a long-term solution.
 
Minimising any disruption to court proceedings during this time remains the Court’s highest priority.
 
If any changes to hearings are required, parties will be advised by chambers or Registry.
