Update to civil applications and appeals Practice Note

The Chief Justice has authorised the second revision of the Court of Appeal Practice Note on civil applications and appeals.  

This replaces the first revision published on 30 September 2019.  

There will also be a replacement to three previously published Registrar’s notes: 

• Registrar’s Note on the Preparation of a Written Case dated 30 September 2019.
• Registrar’s Note on the Preparation of Application Books dated 30 September 2019.
• Guide on the Preparation of a Combined Folder of Authorities dated 30 September 2019. 

These will be superseded by the new Registrar’s Note for civil applications and appeals.
