The Chief Justice has made an order appointing public notaries

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Supreme Court is unable to hold a ceremonial sitting for the appointment of public notaries.

Instead, a process has been developed to allow appointments to take place ‘on the papers’ by order of the Chief Justice.
Pursuant to this process, on 25 November 2021 the Chief Justice made an order appointing the persons listed in the order published below as public notaries.  The signatures of those persons have been affixed to the roll of public notaries.
The Chief Justice extends her warmest congratulations to the newest public notaries on their appointment.
