Form to be used to request an Exemplification

If an exemplification is required so it can be resealed in another jurisdiction to deal with assets in that jurisdiction and such assets were not disclosed when the grant was originally sought, an affidavit sworn/affirmed by the applicant(s) detailing such assets will also be required.
Once completed, the form (and any affidavit) is to be submitted via RedCrest-Probate. Select "File a document for an existing application" and then select "Request for Exemplification" (and "Affidavit" if required) as the document type(s).
