This form of summons is used when seeking an order to revoke a grant of representation.
This summons is to be filed in the application in which the grant of representation was made.
The summons must be filed on RedCrest‑Probate in the application in which the grant of representation was made.
If the person who obtained the grant of representation is making the application to revoke the grant, use the form “Summons – Revocation – no respondent” below.
If a different person (who did not obtain the grant of representation) is making the application, use the form “Summons – Revocation – contested” below.
Hearing date
When completing the summons, you must include a return date for directions.
The return date must be a List directions day that is at least 28 days after the date the summons is filed.

You do not need to request a hearing date from the Court before filing this summons.

The first hearing is usually for directions only. The Court will not usually decide the final outcome at that hearing.
