These forms are to be used by an individual who is guaranteeing to make good any loss any person interested in the administration of an estate may suffer as a consequence of a breach of duty by the administrator.

The individual providing the guarantee is to sign the surety's guarantee in the presence of a witness. The individual providing the guarantee must also then swear/affirm the affidavit of justification.

Please note, the individual providing the guarantee must not be the proposed administrator.
