Proceedings in the list are managed in accordance with all applicable legislation, including:
- The Administration and Probate Act 1958.
- Order 16 of the Supreme Court (Miscellaneous Civil Proceedings) Rules 2018.
- Practice Note SC CL 7, provides detailed guidance on how proceedings in the TFM List are managed.
Any return provision for any application is to be made returnable for directions at 10.30 am before a judicial officer to be confirmed and in a courtroom to be confirmed.
