Objection to proposed settlement

If you want to object to the proposed settlement you must submit a notice of objection by 4:00pm (AEST) on 27 May 2025.
After submitting an objection notice you must attend the settlement approval hearing on 30 June 2025 at 10:00am (AEST) at the Supreme Court of Victoria. If you cannot attend, your legal representative can instead. You or your legal representative must attend unless the Court orders otherwise.
If you are content with the proposed settlement, and do not want to object to it, you do not need to submit a notice.
