The Supreme Court sets final date for group members to submit opt-out notices.
On 2 November 2018, Justice John Dixon made orders in relation to the Gnotuk, Garvoc and Terang bushfire class actions.
These orders fix 21 December 2018 as the final date by which group members may choose to opt out of the proceeding.
