SC CL 1 Civil Circuit List (First revision)

The purpose of this Practice Note is to describe the procedures to be followed in the Civil Circuit List.  The List is a case management list within the Common Law Division of the Court. This version of the Practice Note (First revision) replaced the original version that was published on 30 January 2017. It came into effect on 1 March 2018 and applied to all proceedings in the List, whenever commenced.

This version was replaced by a new version (the Second revision) which commenced on 1 October 2018.
